Book Inverness
Amyris highlands
To continue the journey, Memo Paris loves the company of artists, author and illustrator, who let their imagination wander according to the landscape.
Born in Paris in 1991, Martin Faure graduated from the Beaux-arts de Paris (school of fine arts) in 2018 and creates dreamy, poetic and compelling landscape paintings in which nature plays a central role. Faure has built his own, highly personal, pictorial fantasy world woven from his travels, residencies, insight and visions. For Inverness, he reinvented a plant and mineral wonderland.
Victor Malzac is a French poet born in 1997. He began publishing his work in magazines in 2015, and studied at the École Normale Supérieure (elite teacher-training institution) in 2018. His collections were first published by La Crypte in 2020, with Respire, then by Cheyne in 2021 and 2022, with Dans l’herbe followed by Vacance. For Memo Paris, he has written a story swept up in the twists and turns of the River Ness.
