You can return your online purchase within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund, items must be returned to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns can be done in our Memo Perfumes store located in The Dubai mall alternatively a courier collection can be arranged by submitting a request to our Customer experience team.

Returns will only be accepted if items are in their original condition with complete original packaging, unopened and unused, along with any accessories associated with the Products (promotional gifts included). Returns or exchanges do not apply to customized goods made which have been personalised, engraved, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or not suitable for return due to health protection. Discounted items purchased during any special offering are exchangeable or refundable within 3 days or the purchase.

Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, all payments will be refunded to the original payment method to the original purchaser’s credit card/debit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

For returns and/or exchanges please visit our Boutique store and note that refunds and exchanges for the purchases done through another retail location, an airport or department store, or ecommerce websites other than memoparis.ae will not be accepted.
