In order to guarantee a smooth delivery of your order, all our packages have trackable shipping with the designated courier. A tracking link will be included in the Order confirmation email which will be received upon order placement.

MEMO PARIS offers free shipping across the UAE on all orders Standard delivery method, for a limited period only.

Delivery times are purely indicative and any delivery delays will not give cause for damages or compensation. The company Almaluxe perfumes and cosmetics trading LLC is not liable for any strikes, bad weather or any other emergency cases that would cause delivery delays. Items are delivered to the address given by the customer when placing his/her order.

RECEPTION OF THE ORDER

The customer is responsible for verifying the state of his/her order and its contents upon its arrival. The customer must also write down any concerns or issues on the delivery notification if the package appears to have been opened, damaged or suffered any other mishandling. If the ordered items are damaged, do not accept the package, explaining clearly why. We encourage you to contact our Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving your package with details of your complaint. Signature without reservation constitutes acceptance of the package as is and Almaluxe perfumes and cosmetics trading LLC cannot be held liable for any incidental damage from shipping and transportation.
